JUARA TURTLE PROJECT
In 2018, I volunteered for 2 weeks at Juara Turtle Project (JTP) in Tioman, Malaysia. JTP is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the conservation of sea turtles. I did a short documentary film for JTP to raise awareness about sea turtle conservation, which was used for their promotional and educational material.

Each nest can contain up to 100 eggs.

Eggs tend to hatch at night, and the hatchlings are prepped to be released into the ocean.

A successful release sees the hatchlings making their own way into the ocean.
